AVLANO is moving: A new home in Berg SG
The AVLANO GROUP continues to grow—and so does our commitment to quality, efficiency, and future readiness. That is why we are pleased to inform you that, as of August 21, 2025, our company will relocate from Heiden (Appenzell Ausserrhoden) to Berg in the canton of St. Gallen. The new location offers more modern infrastructure, shorter routes to our shipping partners, and even more efficient logistics, enabling us to provide you, our customers, with even better service in the future.
Relocation period
The relocation will take place from August 21, 2025, to approximately August 30, 2025. During this period, our entire operation—including production, logistics, and customer service—will be gradually moved to the new location. Our new home in Berg SG will not only be larger but also better equipped, allowing us to continue meeting our high quality standards.
Possible effects on orders & delivery times
Unfortunately, delivery delays may occur during the relocation. PC orders will be particularly affected, as our assembly workshop is being moved entirely to Berg. During this transition period, our technicians will only be able to assemble and prepare a limited number of devices for shipping.
Orders that have already been completed may also be affected. They must first be transported to our new location before being collected and delivered by DHL. This may delay the shipping process overall.
Support during the relocation period
Our customer support will of course remain active during the relocation. However, we ask for your understanding that there may be delays in responses to emails and phone calls. Our team is doing its best to remain available to you during this time.
