AVLANO is Moving: New Home in Berg SG
The AVLANO GROUP continues to grow – along with our commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Therefore, we are pleased to inform you that as of August 21, 2025, our company will relocate from Heiden (Appenzell Ausserrhoden) to Berg in the Canton of St. Gallen. The new location offers more modern infrastructure, shorter routes to our shipping partners, and even more efficient logistics to provide you, our customers, with better service in the future.
Moving Period
The move will take place from August 21, 2025, to approximately August 30, 2025. During this phase, our entire operation – including production, logistics, and customer service – will be gradually relocated to the new site. Our new home in Berg SG will not only be larger but also better equipped to continue meeting our high-quality standards.
Possible Impact on Orders & Delivery Times
During the move, there may unfortunately be delivery delays. PC orders are especially affected, as our assembly workshop will be fully relocated to Berg. During this transition phase, our technicians can only assemble and prepare a limited number of devices for shipment.
Orders that have already been completed may also be affected. These must first be transported to our new location before being picked up and delivered by DHL. This can delay the overall shipping process.
Support During the Moving Phase
Our customer support will of course remain active during the move. However, we ask for your understanding that there may be delayed response times to emails and phone calls. Our team is doing its best to remain available for you during this time.
